No. We recruit, assess, and prepare dedicated teammates now. When matching opens after the first verified teammate cohort is ready, the service will provide curated matching and ongoing relationship support rather than a talent directory.
What does AI-native mean?+
It means your teammate knows how to use approved AI tools thoughtfully for research, drafting, analysis, automation, and quality checks—and when human judgment, verification, or escalation is required.
What kinds of businesses do you support?+
The model is designed for founders, professionals, and growing teams across industries. You can complete an assessment now; future matching will start with your workflows and goals, not a narrow industry label.
Where are teammates based?+
Our initial talent community is based in the Philippines, with availability designed around agreed U.S. business-hour overlap.
What can a teammate do?+
Executive and administrative support, marketing coordination, follow-up, CRM organization, research, scheduling, customer support, reporting, project coordination, and other documented workflows.
What can’t a teammate do?+
They may not provide regulated legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional services, or use systems and AI tools your company has not approved.
When and how will matching work?+
Matching opens after the first verified teammate cohort is ready. You may complete a free capacity assessment and optionally join client early access now. When matching opens, an administrator will use your assessment and role charter to prepare one explainable recommendation based on skills, tools, schedule, availability, and working style. No teammate is immediately available today.
Is AI making hiring decisions?+
No. AI may produce labeled recommendations and summaries, but a person reviews the work and people make final matching, compensation, legal, financial, and relationship decisions.
What if my match is not a fit?+
Once client matching and onboarding open, you will be able to share what missed before activation or ask support to review an active relationship. That future process will use your feedback to resolve the concern or identify another appropriate fit.
Is payment collected during early access?+
No. Public client registration and matching have not opened, and no payment is collected during early access. You may complete the free assessment and optionally join early access now. Published pricing describes the plans that will be available when client onboarding opens.
Will the Launch plan include a trial?+
Published pricing describes the plans intended for client onboarding when it opens. The Launch plan is designed to include a seven-day trial before its first charge, but no trial or payment starts during early access.
How is NextTeammate different from a marketplace or direct-hiring platform?+
A marketplace gives you a broad pool to search and leaves screening and management largely to you. Direct hiring gives you the relationship but also the recruiting, contracting, payment, training, and replacement work. When client onboarding opens, NextTeammate will provide one curated recommendation, a managed contractor engagement, structured onboarding, ongoing training, relationship support, and rematching help.
How much does NextTeammate cost?+
Published pricing describes the plans available when client onboarding opens: Launch is $497 per month for five reserved hours per week, Momentum is $1,697 for 20, and Scale is $2,899 for 40. No payment is collected during early access.
